How much do I pay FusionGreen?

It's free! It costs artistes and copyright owners absolutely nothing to release and start selling their songs on FusionGreen.com. No matter the number of songs, music-videos* or other videos, FusionGreen will not ask you to pay a kobo to start selling on www.fusiongreen.com. Whether, it's a single or a full album, you don't pay anything to put it on www.fusiongreen.com.

What does FusionGreen.com pay me?

We pay royalties. Royalties are paid to artistes and copyright owners for every download on www.fusiongreen.com. FusionGreen pays a standard percentage to all artistes and copyright owners, regardless of a song's popularity, date of release, duration, genre or language. How often do I get paid?

Monthly! Earnings for the previous month will be remitted to Copyright holder's account in UBA on (or before) the 12^th of every month. Using UBA's e-payment system, royalty will be paid directly into the account provided by copyright holder. This will require that all copyright holders on FusionGreen operate an account with UBA.

How do I keep track of royalties paid by FusionGreen.com?

With your free online Download Tracking Account. Every artiste and copyright owner with songs on FusionGreen will get a free Download Tracking Account (DTA). The DTA automatically tracks every download or sale of your song or songs made on www.fusiongreen.com and updates itself in real-time. This simply means that downloads are immediately reflected on the tracker the very second a user downloads a song. The DTA also automatically calculates the amount of royalties to be paid. It is absolutely transparent. Artistes and copyright owners can log in to their account with their own passwords, from anywhere and at anytime. Royalty earning(s) report will be generated using data provided independently by Interswitch Ltd.

What kind of music can I sell on FusionGreen.com?

We sell it all. Fusiongreen.com encourages all genres and types of music, regardless of the language or style. As long it has not been banned by the government or any government agency and does not contain any racist or religiously incite full material, FusionGreen will sell it*. If it's Nigerian (by a Nigerian artiste), if it's African (by an African artiste), FusionGreen will sell it.

What do I have to do?

It's easy! Selling your songs on FusionGreen doesn't require you to have any special technical knowledge; you don't even need to know how to use the internet. All you have to do is follow the steps below:

Sign and agree to the ‘FusionGreen Content Distribution Service Terms of Use and Agreement’.

All songs must be submitted in WMA format only. FusionGreen will not accept already compressed music files.

* Please note that FusionGreen only pays royalties to the artiste and copyright owner, regardless of who submits the song to us.

** FusionGreen recommends that you burn your song, songs, music-videos and pictures to a CD before bringing it to our office. A secure mail drop box is always available at our office, where such materials can be dropped at all hours of the day, on all days of the week, even on weekends, public holidays or when the office is closed.

*** All pictures must be in Jpeg format. Please don't bother about the data size of the pictures. FusionGreen will resize all submitted materials to our specifications.

What happens to my copyrights, if I sell on FusionGreen?

All copyrights remain yours. Selling your song or songs on FusionGreen.com does not in any way involve the allocation or transfer of any kind of right from the copyright holder (s) to FusionGreen. Therefore, all rights in any song on FusionGreen remains fully vested in the copyright owner or his or her assigns. FusionGreen only seeks to provide a service, both to the consumer and in particular to the copyright owner.

How long does my song stay on FusionGreen?

Forever! FusionGreen provides a unique opportunity to copyright holders for a continued life-long royalty earning stream. Though songs/ albums on compact discs will eventually become unavailable in the market, songs/ albums on FusionGreen will always be available for sale/ download and royalty payments will continue (even after demise of original copyright holder) undeterred. Copyright holders reserve the right to remove songs from FusionGreen at anytime.
