How do I buy songs at FusionGreen.com?

You pay with your ATM cards, Debit cards, Credit cards or Cash cards issued by Interswitch or eTranzact through your bank. After selecting the song you wish to buy, simply click the Buy song button which is displayed as a Buy button next to every song. Clicking this button will take you to the Secure Payment Page of your card provider (Interswitch or eTranzact) depending on the card you are using. At the Secure Payment Page, simply follow the instructions and enter the required details.

Please note that all details entered on the Secure Payment Page, cannot be seen by anyone else.

How do I get the songs have bought?

After paying at the Secure Payment Page, you will be automatically re-directed back to the FusionGreen download page, where you can download all the songs to your system (computer, laptop or phone). At the download page, all songs paid for, will be listed with ‘Download’ buttons next to each song. To download each song, you simply click on the ‘Download’ button next to that song. After clicking the ‘Download’ button, you will be asked if you want to Open or Save. To download the song to your system, you must click to save. Then you must choose where you want the song saved on your system. FusionGreen.com recommends that you pay attention to where the song is saved, so you can easily locate it afterwards.

Please note that you must click on the Download button next to each song to download all the songs, because each Download button works for only the song listed next to it.

I can't find the ‘Download’ button to download the song I want?

The Download button doesn't appear until a song has been paid for. Before payment, a Buy song button appears represented by the Buy button sign. After payment the Buy song button is replaced by the Download button, next to the song paid for.

Why are some songs more expensive than others?

Prices of songs are determined by the duration of each song. The duration or length of time of each song is indicated next to every song.

I successfully downloaded a song to my system, but I can't find the files anymore. Can you help?

FusionGreen does not accept responsibility for the loss of songs successfully downloaded, but misplaced afterwards. It's every user's duty to ensure that they pay attention to the destination folder or location of each song downloaded on their system. However we recommend you take a look at the support options available.

Is FusionGreen Legal… Do artistes get paid for the songs I buy at FusionGreen.com?

Yes! FusionGreen is 100% legal. FusionGreen is licensed to sell all songs available on FusionGreen.com by the copyright owners. FusionGreen.com is a service provider used by the artistes or copyright holder to distribute their songs, so you can be rest assured that you are supporting your favorite artistes when you buy their song from FusionGreen.

I am an artiste and would like to sell my songs on FusionGreen.com. How can I do that?

Simply burn your song or songs to a compact disc, along with a digital copy of the album cover picture (or any picture which would appear next to your songs. Bring a copy of the compact disc to FusionGreen office at:

After paying for a song, I wasn't able to download the song I bought. Because the ‘Download’ buttons didn't appear, or the ‘Download’ buttons didn't work or a problem occurred while downloading the song to my system. Does this mean I have lost the song and the money I paid?

No! You haven't lost your money or the song. FusionGreen automatically sends you an email receipt immediately after payment is made. That email also contains a Transaction code for each payment. If a problem occurs before, during or after download, you can easily reset the download links, by entering the transaction code where required in the support section. Can I play songs on FusionGreen?

Yes, you can. At FusionGreen.com, users can sample sixty (60) seconds of every song, before buying, by clicking on the Sample button next to each song. The Sample button is represented by a sample song button sign next to the song.

Can I buy full albums on FusionGreen?

Yes, you can. To buy an album, go to the Album section. At the Album section, users can buy all the songs in an officially released album, including extras such as intro(s), skit(s) and instrumentals, all at the click of a single button and at a reduced price. FusionGreen allows users to download albums in two (2) ways, depending on the relevant software available on the user's system. Users with JAVA installed on their system, will be able to download all songs on the album automatically without having to click on a button to continue download after downloads for each song is completed. While users with FLASH installed will be prompted to click on a button to continue downloading the album, after every song is downloaded. Users with both JAVA and FLASH, will be given an opportunity to choose how albums would be downloaded on their system. Alternatively, users may choose (regardless of the software installed or not installed on their system) to download each song separately, in which case the Song list on the Album download page which will be presented to such a user, will include Download buttons next to each song on the list.

How can I buy multiple songs from different artistes at the same time?

Clicking on the Add to Shopping Cart button next to each song you want to buy, will automatically store all the songs you have chosen by clicking the Add to Shopping Cart button next to them. When you are done selecting songs, you then click on either the View Shopping Cart button or the Checkout button at the top right hand corner of each column of songs. Clicking the View Shopping Cart button, will give you a chance to see all the songs you have selected, the total amount of the songs and will also allow you to remove or add new songs to the list at any time before payment. Clicking on the Checkout button will immediately take you to the Secure Payment Page.

Is FusionGreen.com only for Nigerian songs?

No, FusionGreen.com isn't only for Nigerian songs. However, FusionGreen.com is exclusive only to African songs (or songs by African artistes). Artistes of African descent, who wish to have their songs on FusionGreen.com should contact us at fusionletters@yahoo.com or call us at +234-808-201-9946.

I am afraid of paying online, because I don't want my card details stolen?

The Secure Payment Page is secured by the Payment Platform provider independent of FusionGreen.com. What this means, is that the Secure Payment Page is not a part of the FusionGreen website and is therefore not controlled by FusionGreen. It is owned and controlled by your card provider (Interswitch or eTranzact) and features the highest information security protection available worldwide. You can be rest assured that all details you enter while paying cannot be seen by anyone else, not even FusionGreen. In addition to this high level of protection by your card provider, FusionGreen.com is also fully secured by 256-bit data encryption infrastructure, which means that all information entered at FusionGreen.com cannot be seen by anyone except the sender and the intended recipients.
